Police Raid Cosmetics Shop In Kemayoran, Find Illegal Tramadol Drugs

JAKARTA A cosmetic shop in the Harapan Mulya area, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta was raided by the police after being caught selling Tramadol drugs without a distribution permit. "As soon as we receive the report, our team will immediately conduct an investigation and monitoring at the location," said Kompol Agung.

After collecting enough evidence, the police immediately raided the shop and found 22 items of Tramadol which were sold without official permission.

"We immediately secured the perpetrator and the evidence to undergo further investigation," he added.

As a result of his actions, APM was charged with Article 138 paragraph (2) Juncto Article 435 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. He faces up to 12 years in prison and a maximum fine of IDR 5 billion.
